About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, systems-minded professional to help drive our digital transformation and data strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainability, innovation, and digital systems. You will help shape how we use Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, structure and connect data across teams, and support the adoption of tools that enable our mission.

You’ll join a small, mission-driven team based in a vibrant rooftop office in the heart of Amsterdam, collaborating closely with internal colleagues and external partners including our Microsoft Dynamics partner, IT support provider, and web agency. The role offers broad exposure across systems, data, and business operations. Ideal for someone eager to grow and make a meaningful impact!

Key Responsibilities

Platform Implementation & Integration

• Support rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot), and Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).

• Help transition from legacy systems (e.g. Salesforce and Excel) to integrated, scalable platforms supporting our certification processes and broader operations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to uncover needs, clarify the “question behind the question,” and translate these into user-friendly, low-code/no-code solutions.

Data & Insights

• Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI to enable data-informed decision-making.

• Improve data quality, structure, and accessibility across the organization.

• Contribute to the development of standardized, scalable data models and workflows.

Training, Governance & Support

• Provide training and guidance to colleagues to increase digital confidence and tool adoption.

• Support the Director of Information & Technology on topics such as data governance, process optimization, and digital enablement.

• Contribute to the harmonization, standardization, and scalability of tools and processes across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• Alignment with the mission and values of the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute.

• Early-career professional with 1–2 years of experience (including internships or consulting) in digital transformation, data systems, or IT implementation.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Office 365, or comparable enterprise tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a critical eye for scalability, quality, and long-term impact.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.

• You enjoy understanding how things connect, spotting inefficiencies, and shaping smarter processes.

• Ability to support day-to-day IT needs and guide end users in adopting new tools and practices.
